Virus and NTSERVICE.EXE

I have a virus file NTSERVICE.EXE in my C:/WINNT/SYSTEM32
folder that I am unable to access to delete. Norton AV
has IDd the file as a virus.

Any guidence on how to kill the file would be
appreciated...

Nevermind...Nailed it in safe mode.
