I have two now set up by a technician but I need to add a third one and have
no idea how to go about doing this. I'm using XP Pro. Thanks.

I meant to say that the technician set up two printers on my computer
through a USB hub. The drivers have been installed but I don't know how to
get XP Pro to recognize that everything is there and therefore to connect.
The other two printers are connected by what is called a "Virtual Printer
Port for USB" in the Printer Properties dialog box. I'm sorry I can't
provide better information now. If you need more information please ask and
I will post back promptly. Thanks.

Follow the instructions from print vendor. The USB Port is created when you
plug the USB cable between the printer and the computer. If you plug in the
printer to the USB hub and nothing is enumerated by the USB subsystem there
is not much for the print system to work on. Try plugging the printer
directly to the computer for the Plug and Play event to occur.

Does the printer PnP on any other system?
