The first post covers it well.

As stated before, VPC cannot read ISO images over 2.2 GB so you will have to
burn it to CD, mount the ISO to the host system or what not to get VPC to
read it.

Make sure you get the VPC Additions for Vista! Check the page I linked for
instructions how to get them (the Virtual Server Additions also work for
VPC).
