I have just got a new computer because my last one slowed down to a near stop because the message "virtual memory low" kept coming up. I have had my new computer for approx a month and the same message has started to some up. I have used disc cleanup and defragmentor but nothing is helping. Is there a certain program which my be causing the fault??

My guess is that your loaded up with spyware, eating up resources. Download Spybot Search
and Destroy to clean it up. You also might have a bunch of programs starting at boot
that you are not even aware of - more spyware. do you download stuff like Kazaa, or play
online games?

How large is your hard disk and how much free space? In Windows Explorer right click on your C drive and select Properties.

What are you doing when the message appears?

Download Adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ and use it to remove parasites.
