Can someone explain to me, what virtual memory is? Does
have anything to do with Mega Bites. I have 192 MB

Virtual Memory = Pagefile. It is a part of the OS that XP
uses as though it were RAM. With sufficient RAM you need
very little Virtual memory. I recommend a minimum of 512MB
of RAM in todays world. You can then set your virtual
memory to "system managed size" or like me set it to a
start of 150MB and a max of 1500MB. This will do eveything
you want and keep your system running well. Have fun.
