Good morning all
{It is morning in Alberta}
When I started my puter this morning it said my virtual memory was low and
some things would not be downloaded. Should I clean out pagefile when
shutting down or what?
I have XP Pro with 2 hard drives, two partitions each. Drive C: 23GB; D:20
GB; E:15GB & F:18GB.
Should I change things.
Also I want to setup Windows 98, 2000 and XP Home on the D,E,&F Drives so
can help with studies for A+ and others. Good idea or bad, was told it is
good but also told can be bad to boot from so many areas.
Can anyone help me if you can understand this email.
Thanks for previous help everything was told worked perfectly.
Bruce

You can/should open computer properties,advanced,v.memory,advanced,
change button,for each drive/partition,click to,let windows manage,then click
set 2X,close out, restart computer. If set right a restart will get
displayed.Setting
the page file to multiple hds increases virtual memory. For in-depth info go
to
search at microsoft, type:Paul Mcfedries,he wrote the book for v.memory in xp.

Not according to me it isn't! ;o) The time difference (between London and
Edmonton) is -7 (we both observe DST). This message hit my server at 8pm.
That makes it 1pm your time. So that would be the afternoon, then. ;o)

So someone's on the wrong time somewhere, if it was still morning when you
posted! ;o)

Just puzzled, that's all.

One more thing. If you value your computer you will very quickly learn to
ignore anything posted by Andrew the Eejit. His posts are nonsensical and he
appears to be using a totally different OS from the rest of us!

Really, why were you not so puzzled with yourself when you claimed your friend Cari was 12 hours behind from where you are, yet you didn't own up to that mistake?

Here's your post making such a screw up:
