help?

Open Control Panel - System - Advanced and click on the Settings
button in the Performance section.
Go to the Advanced tab and click on the Change button in the Virtual
Memory section.
Check over the contents of window. If the "System Managed Size"
button is not selected then click on it to select it and then click on
OK and Apply as needed to exit. Reboot the computer to put the change
into effect and you should be okay.

And if the "System Managed Size" button is already selected then what
you are getting is a false message, caused by something else. Open
Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and look for an entry for the
Intel Application Accelerator. If it is listed then select it and
click on Add/Remove to uninstall it. Reboot the computer and your
problem should be resolved.

And if the Intel Application Accelerator was installed then you should
go to www.intel.com and download the latest version of the Intel
Application Accelerator and install it.

If this does not resolve the problem for you then see MVP Alex
Nichol's article on XP Memory Management at
http://aumha.org/win5/a/xpvm.htm especially the section dealing with
problems.

Good luck
