I have a problem with my PC at the moment coz everytime
I'm using it, a warning message always appear that "you've
got a low memory or paging file". I know what its asking
but my e-drive has just only got 800mb more and my c-drive
has a got a big space 23gb. Can you pls tell me how to
improve the virtual memory of my PC. Thanks

Right click My Computer goto properties, select the
advanced tab, under performance select Settings, once
again goto the advanced tab, at the bottom of the screen
under Virtual memory select Change, you can either do a
System managed size or set a custom size.

Hope i helped,

How large is each drive / partition and how much free space on each? Have you partitioned any drive and if so what utility did you use to create the partition? In general terms what is located in each drive / partition? I am asking these questions because it is suggested by your message that you have other drives and to advise you we need to have the bigger picture.

You can have more than one paging file ( pagefile.sys ). On which drive / partition is your main paging file and on what other drives / partitions do you have page files? How large are each of the files?

To see what is on your hard drive you may need to change a number of settings. Select Start, Control Panel, Folder Options, View, Advanced Settings, and check "Show hidden files and folders". Whilst there uncheck "Hide File Extensions". Also check "Display the contents of system folders". Next enter Windows Explorer and select View, Details and then select Choose Details -check all options except "Comments" and "File System".
