Virtual Memory error - program freezes - xp

hey i have windows xp, trying to run the program and
always stops at the same location with a virtual memory
error.
I uploaded a screen shot i took with my digital camera, of
what I see:

please let me know what I can do to fix this problem so i
can get the spyware off my computer.

I did this and the exact same thing happened. Im still at
a loss what to do. anyhelp would be great.

can you tell me the specs of the computer and what was running at the time.
Can you reproduce the issue whenever you like? If you can, can you give me
the steps to reproduce.
