Virtual CD Program

Need a virtual CD program ... (so that we can install a number of data cd's
that have mainly pdf type files which are accessed via an index.html file).

Checked Pricelessware and couldn't find one there - any recommendations?

There is a virtual CD app on PL2004 - DAEMON Tools:

There's even an MS one that is free to download from their site
(WinXPvirtualCDcontrolpanel at 61k), provided you use XP.
