vir*** attack

i'm just looking for MicrosoftNewsgroup about one week
ago..my comp looking good at first,but lately i realized
that my comp was attack by WORM(virus)..i should restart
my comp about 30 mints when i open my pc..how it can
happened..anybody home??><*&%^
 
You would need to download the appropriate file at the URL I listed
previously and then transfer it to the system which is infected.
