dBpowerAMP Music Converter is able to rip from vinyl. I haven't had
very good luck with it -- at higher volumes there's distortion and at
lower volumes there's loss of fidelity -- but that may be just my
inexperience. It's certainly worth your having a look at.

It has worked rather well for me and audio tape. I have not tried
vinyl.

I've used Audacity to create .wav files from analog cassettes, with good
results. It can be found at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ .
