ViewTEXT of the 'Flag for Follow Up dialog box' in Inbox?

I in Outlook 200 I used to be able to set a flag and add text to that flag
reminder that was a viewable column in my Inbox. Anyone know how to get that
view in Outlook 2003? I have tried everything suggested in the knowledge base
but still cannot see the text comment from my Inbox.

Right click the message Follow Up-> Add Reminder... Here you can type freely
in the Flag To: field
