Views?

Running Outlook 2002

I see the standard calendar views for 1,5,7 days etc. I'd love to see this
as an agenda, like I can on my blackberry calendar. (note: these 2 are not
synched, outlook is work and BB is personal agenda).

Is there a way to set the calendar view to a list agenda view?

I was wondering if anyone can please give me step by step options to change
Outlook 2003 or 2007 Calender view to change it like Agenda View of Black
Berry.
