ViewMgr.exe, What is it? Do I need it?

After I loaded the latest Project service pack, I got the
subject entry in MSConfig - Start-up. What exactly does
it do and do I need to keep it enabled? I try to keep
my "start-up" items to a minimum. Thanks in advance.

I cannot find any information to a file of that name. I would disable
the item in MSCONFIG and leave this so for a while to find out if the
EXE is necessary.
