viewing user connection on LAN

On NT4 Server Administrators could install an applicatiomn on the desktop and
able to view who is on the lan and would be able to disconnect the if
required. Can someone please tell me were to find this on windows 200server.

Run "fsmgmt.msc" and see if it's what you need.
