Viewing the size of individual Calendar Entries?

Howdy

I posted this in the Misc group before I realized there was a Calendaring specific one so hopefully someone here will be able to help..

We use an Exchange server at work and everyone is limited to 20 megs or space. We have a user who has been working with an Offline Mailbox and wanted to move it online so people coudl see her calendar informaiton. Problem is her Calendar alone is 37.5 megs in size

Is there any way to see how big specific meetings are or things like that so we cna go through and delete whatever is taking up such a huge amount of space

Or are there any other space saving things that we could do to reduce the calendar size

Switch to a table view, such as By Category, and add the Size field to the
view.
