viewing recycle bin contents

Although my recycle bin has contents in it, they do not
show up when I open the folder. Can anyone help me. I
know very little about the technical side of using the
computer, so I need detailed help.

are u using norton anti virus, if yes,just go to the
recycled bin, right click and chhose the properties and
chhose standard recycled bin
