Viewing records in forms from previous sessions in Access

When I set up form view so that only the subforms attached to the current
main form are available I somehow set Access 2002 up to show only the forms
from the current session. So even though the records from previous sessions
are listed in the table view, you cannot see them in the form view. As I
have people entering data in the form view who are novice users, I do not
want them to use the tables, but they need to be able to view previous
entries. I need to make the form and subform views as simple to use as
possible while allowing users to view previous days entries.
 
Sounds like you inadvertently set the form's DataEntry property to Yes.

It's on the Data tab of the Properties box, when looking at the properties
of the Form.
