Thanks in Advance for your help! At work when using
Outlook 2002, I have two resized pages (2 instances) of
Outlook 2002 up on the same screen.

I have an appointment up on the right side of my screen,
and an email in preperation on the Left side of my screen
(or vice versa). (Probably the same as someone resizeing
2 windows of Internet Explorer, so they can view 2
Internet sites at the same time.)

Question: I can't view all of the text in the
Appointment, since I resized the window

In the email window, it is also resized, to get 2 pages
of OL2002 on the same screen, but it wraps the text, or
whatever you call it, so that I can read all the body of
an email, even if the window has been made 1/2 the width
of my screen. This is PERFECT. How do I make the
Appointment windows display all the text in an
appointment window (or at least the body of it all at
once)? Currently, to read all the text in the
appointment window, I have to maximizing the window which
wastes time and is frustrating...

Thank you much!

Nick

You can't, I noticed the same a while ago. Same is for a Contact window. You
can resize the window that small untill it prevents content from viewing. So
scrollbars popping up, nothing. Quite ugly :-S

are you opening the appointments or using the preview pane to view them?
there are views you can use to view more of the notes section.

also, what is your screen resolution?
