Hello Folks,
Excuse my enquiries if they seem elementary. I'm using
Microsoft Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625) and would like to know the
following:

1. How do you get Attachments to show in a print of the body of the
email?

Clarification: I am printing emails which have an attachment and
where, in the opened email on the screen, just below Subject, there is
a listing of the Attachments, this identical detail does not show in
the print. The print shows the regular: From, To, Cc and Subject
detail, but no mention of the attachment.

Just to confirm, I am not wanting to print the attachments
themselves, I am only wanting the indication that there are
Attachments, to appear in the print.

2. In saving emails to a directory outside Outlook, how do I ensure
that the Attachments to the emails are saved with the email itself.
i.e. identical to the original Sent and Received emails?

Thanks in anticipation and regards to all who may be able to help.

George

I believe a message in Plain Text format will show the attachment name when
printed. If you're message is in another format, change it with Edit>Edit
Mesage, then Format>Plain Text

Drag the message from the Inbox to the Widows folder. It will save as a
..msg file and will contain everything in the original message.
