Viewing Powerpoint 2000/Win 2000

Is there a viewer out there that can support Powerpoint
2000 action settings (transitions and custom annimations)
so that someone who has Powerpoint 97 or earlier can view
the file?

There is a viewer at
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/Ppview97.aspx

However, there really aren't that many differences between PowerPoint 97 and
PowerPoint 2000, so the Viewer isn't needed. For people who don't have
PowerPoint, or who have PowerPoint 95, the Viewer should be used.
