Viewing pictures on Internet

The problem is some times when looking at sites on the
internet and you try to pull up a picture, I get the
outline of the picture, but there is a red x in the upper
left of document and no picture. Is this the fault of the
web site or my problem? most of the time it works great.

Sometimes you can right click the X and
choose..."Show Picture"...and the image will
download.
