Viewing pics wit .sit extention

I have winzip & stuffit as someone told me to do
when i click on view there is folder that is titled properly
but i cant see pictures when I click on it
it appears to be empty

I can't figure out what to do

Is there an easier way I can look at these photos or an EZ way with the
software I have?
 
I don't use stuffit so I really don't know. I use WinZip or other such
compression software. I guess you need to do the same thing with stuffit as
with WinZip. You need to "extract" or decompress the file. Right click on
the folder name. A menu will open. Do you see anything there about stuffit
to extract the file. Maybe not, if so, click on Send to on this opening
menu. There should be something there about stuffit. At least this is how
the WinZip etc. software works, maybe stuffit works the same way but I
really don't know.
