I am unable to view photos sent to me with email. I save
every photo but when I try to view the photo in Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer I get "No preview available". When
I try to view in Photo Impression I get "unknown file
folder". Please help. Thankyou very much.

Hi Tyler,

If the images were downloaded using AOL, turn off image compression in AOL
and re-download the pics again.

If you have Outlook Express, go to Tools, Options, Read,
and UNcheck "Read all messages in plain text".

Empty Temporary Internet Files folder by going to Internet Explorer and
selecting Tools>Internet options... In the dialog box is a button or bar to
click on to do this. Then try opening a picture. If no luck, other
suggestions may be answer.
