Viewing .pcx files as thumbnails in Windows Explorer

Hi,

I am trying to view .pcx files as thumbnails under Windows
Explorer in Windows 2000 Professional, but it doesn't
work. I can view jpeg, tif and gif files under thumbnails,
but not .pcx files. I can view the .pcx files under all
teh Graphics programs I have. Does anybody know how I can
get this to work?

A hint: when I right-click jpeg, gif or tif files, I
see "Refresh Thumbnail" in teh menu, but I cannot see that
for .pcx files.
