viewing page offline

When I try to set offline viewing and customizing from My Favs I find it
grayed out. Which setting must I use to be able to access offline viewing as
an option?I have win 2000 Pro and IE 6. Thanks, JRD
 
I just realized that it is only a specific site that "grays out" the -make
this viewable offline- option. Is it a way for some sites to discourage
offline viewing? The page is Adobe Photoshop Help instructions and am trying
to view material offline for learning objectives since there is too much
information to stay online too long. Any ideas? Thanks.
