viewing others calendar not all items are showing

I have a problem that started yesterday on a mailbox. When she tries to open
someone else calendar she does not see all items. (They are not marked
private).
She could see all items last week, but from today on she cannot see any of
the items. I can look at that calendar and see everything. She can look at
others and see everything. We have tried deleting the share permissions and
resetting them. Does anyone have any other thoughts?

Outlook 2002, She is a delegate on the person mailbox that she wants to view.
I don't think they have blackberries, but I am checking right now. Will
get back to you.
