viewing on two different computers

I originally viewed my email from outlook on a different computer. I am
working off of a 2nd computer at the same location. I have set up the email
on the new computer through Windows Mail and I can send mail with no problem
but I can't receive mail. I am still getting it in the other inbox ( the
other original computer) Is it possible to receive mail in both inboxes? If
so what do I have to do to start receiving mail on the new computer?
 
If both computers are using the same e-mail address, on both machines:

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: Leave a copy of
messages on the server.

On one machine only, check to Delete messages after X days to satisfy your
allotted space you get from your server.

(I don't use Outlook, but the location should be similar)
