We have an isolated Win2K network with One DC and 20
workstations. As part of a new protocol, I am supposed to
offer management a list of unsuccessful logon attempts,
prior to a successful one!!! Is there a way I can this
from the server or my workstation?

Your input is appreciated.

You first need to implement auditing of account log on events on the domain
controller using Domain Controller Security policy. You can view the logon
events in the security log of Event Viewer. You can use Event Viewer to read
the security logs of remote computers if you have administrator rights on
that computer and use filter view to look for secific events. Event Comb
from the Resource Kit will make it easier to extract specific events from a
group of computers. --- Steve
