Viewing multiple calendars

We are in the process of migrating from Novell Groupwise to Exchange 2003. GroupWise has a multi-user view of other users calendars, where you can view as many calendars as you like at once. Is there something similar when using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2000 (as part of Office 2000)?
