Viewing multiple appts. for the same time?

We are attempting to use our Calendar for scheduling purposes, but can't find
any way of seeing more than six appointments that share the same time. For
example, if we have eight different people in different places at noon, we
can only see six of the appointments. Is there any way to expand the
Calendar to see more?

I think this can be done only by changing Windows' resolution. Even then
there's a limit.
 
6 is the max for a time period - number of visible all day events are
affected by the resolution.
