I purchased and installed Serif's PhotoPlus 6.5 on my Gateway 500 Series Computer loaded with Windows XP. Now I can't open any pictures in My Pictures without going through PhotoPlus. I contacted Serif and they told me to uninstall then reinstall PhotoPlus and an option menu would come up for me to chose how I wanted to view the pictures. What I want to do is go back to the way I viewed them before I installed PhotoPlus....... that is, viewing them the way XP is supposed to work. Can anyone help me PLEASE!!!

Hi Febsunshine,

You can fix this by right clicking one of your pictures and selecting Open
With -> Choose Program.
Under Programs, Select "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer". Check the box for
"Always use the selected program to open this kind of file".
Click Ok.

This should restore the functionality for you.

Nico........Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I really appreciate your help. I've been trying to find the answer for this for 3 days! One more favor....... please! Your solution works on one picture. Is there anyway to make it work on all my pictures without having to do it on each one separately?
