viewing images

I'm trying to get images when i view them on the internet
to fit onto the page, similar to the best fit option on
the my pictures folder. I've turned it off somehow and
want to turn it on again
 
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Multimedia> check Enable
automatic image resizing.
