viewing images in Outlook 2003

is there any way to view images in either the preview pane or at least
when you open the message? Outlook Express allows this, but viewing
images in Office Outlook 2003 takes for ever, clicking on the
individual icons, waiting for you imaging software to load, etc.

You'd think that MS would have kept this basic feature from OExpress,
but I can't find anyting on it in any of the help files or knowledges
bases.

No you can't. Outlook views pictures in the way they got send; embedded or
as attachments
