viewing full screen without right margin

Our new Hp computer with xp and Internet Explorer has a
margin on the right side of the screen when viewing sites
such as an online newspaper or weather site. The margin
is empty and I do not know how to remove it.

It's the coding on the site. It is coded for an 800 pixel wide display and
yours is wider.
