Hi,
I have a problem with some users when trying to schedule meetings in
Outlook. We are running Exchange 2003 w/SP1 and all clients are
running Outlook 2003 w/SP1. Everyone is using Cached Mode except for
myself.
When inviting people to a new meeting request, the free/busy times do
not show up when you hit the "Scheduling" tab. The times are greyed
out and say "Updating schedule information. Retrieving Free/busy
information from server" but it never updates after several minutes.
The weird thing is when you first open Outlook, you can create a
meeting and see the free/busy times. But if you create another
meeting, it gets greyed out. This is happening to only a few users. I
even tried the "outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy" switch and it does not
work. It will let you do one meeting request but any more and it will
grey out. Also tried removing clients from cached mode and it did not
work. Not sure what else I should try. Is there something else I am
missing? Thanks for the help.
