Viewing effects

Normally when scrolling up or down on a doc or html site,
it goes line by line, correct? How do I fix this when it
scroll and it moves like in a wave pattern up or down?
This can be very aggrevating at many times. Help Please.

If you are referring to how many lines at a time are scrolled by your
mouse's scroll button, that is determined by the setting in the Mouse applet
of Control Panel, or your mouse driver (if you installed one.)

If you are experiencing unusual scrolling behavior you can try reinstalling
your mouse. If that doesn't help you should check for viruses.
