Viewing customized shared borders

How can I create a shared border, however, be able to
change the text and graphics with in the border depending
on the page. I don't want the exact same graphics within
the border on everypage?

Don't use Shared Borders as you will not be able to accomplish this. You
would have use server-side scripting, such as ASP, PHP, etc. and some custom
programming to accomplish.
