Viewing Custom Form When Moved to Another Folder

I have successfully created and published a custom form using the message as
a basis.

However, when the form is moved from Inbox to another folder the additional
tabs are not viewed. They re-appear when the e-mail is moved back to the
inbox.

Please can you suggest what to do next/what I have missed ?

Publish the form to your Personal Forms library, not the Inbox.
