Viewing calendar details in a Group

When creating a group, there are a few users who I cannot
see the details of the appointments. All other users
appointment details are viewable. How do I fix this for
those users that I cannot see?
 
Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Planner Details. Show calendar details in
grid.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
