In XP I could easily find and manage cookies. I want most deleted, but want
a few to stay in the folder. What is easiest way to view and edit these?

To 'export' the cookies, I find a simple copy/paste to work best. Create a
storage folder, then IE, tools menu, Options, browser history "Settings"
button, then "View Files" button, sort by name, select all cookies and
'copy', then 'paste' to the storage folder, to then delete unwanted in
storage. At that point, I use the standard 'delete Cookies" option, and when
I want the saved cookies, I use the "Import" button at Options, "Privacy"
tab.
