In Windows 2000, how do you view a particular user's SID? I can view the SIDs
in The Registry Editor but I cannot tell which users they are associated
with. Yes, I am new at this.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for responding.

It's an assignment question that reads...

"View the list of user profiles that exist on one of the computers in your
domain. Select one of the users and then determine that user’s SID (do not
logon as that user). Provide a numbered or bulleted list of the steps that
you performed to obtain this information."

I can't find any info on it.

The correct quote for your tag line should read:

"There are 10 kinds of people in the world, those who know binary and
those who don't."
