Viewing a Fax

My Fax console seems to work fine except when I receive a
fax with more than 1 page, I can only view or print the
first page. I can't figure out how to get to page two.
 
Do the arrow buttons on the bottom Toolbar not take you to subsequent pages?
If not, post your Office version and the app that is displaying your Faxes.
 
There is no bottom toolbar. It is Microsoft Fax Console
Version 5.1 Not only can I not view the second page, but
I can not print it either. Need Help. Thanks.

Need the answer to my question.
In which app is the fax displayed? Faxes do not open in the Fax Console.
They only reside there.

The software is Quicktime PictureViewer version 6.1
Sorry, I can be a little dense when it comes to this

Well no wonder then.
This problem arises because some other imaging application that you
installed has set itself as the default viewer for TIF files. To view faxes
from the Fax Console, the Windows Imaging and Fax viewer must be your
default viewer for TIF files. You can easily restore that setting in Windows
Explorer > Folder Options. File Types. For most users the command line
should read:

"rundll32.exe <drive>:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1"
