When I double click on a contact, a very small window of the contact pops up.
How can I see the whole contact when I double click on it? I then have to
click on the corner of the contact to open it open to a larger size. How can
I set this so the contact will open up completely when double clicking on it?
Thanks

Hi Thomas,

Outlook should remember the size of the contact form as the last time you closed it. If the form is small, open a contact, drag the form to the size you want and then close it. The next time
you open a contact it should reopen in the new size.

Scott, this has been a problem on some machines since the OUtlook 2003 beta. I have at least one machine with the symptoms Thomas describes. I've tried to fix it by going to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Contact key and deleting the Frame value. But the new size doesn't stick.
