'ViewFile.vshost.exe.config' not found exception

I have an C# application, when I run I get an
'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' exception. The message is
'ViewFile.vshost.exe.config' can't not be found.

ViewFile is the project name. So what is this 'ViewFile.vshost.exe.config'?
Is this exception serious? The application seems to work fine. Thanks.
