I am using the "Package for CD" utility.....

Try using the package for CD, and use the copy to folder option, then Burn your CD

Mike,

I still get the same results when saving to file...This appears to be a
viewer problem since PP shows and plays all slides in slideshow mode.

If you don't mind me asking, what is on the slides that are missed, and have you played the presentation on the CD using the full version of PowerPoint?

Mike,

All slides are static views of various photos and charts making up a
Management Presentation. The presentation plays perfectly in the full version
of Power Point.
There are 90 slides in the presentation.

Want to make 100 CD's for handouts that open in slide show mode.

Joe

Did you try running the full version of PowerPoint against one of the faulty CD's to see if the presentation functions properly?

Mike,

The full version opens the CD presentation in edit view but, will run the
cd version okay when I choose to view as slide show.

I downloaded PP Viewer 2007 and it runs the presentation perfectly. However,
I can't find the 2007 executable to put it on the CD. I only see a shortcut
with no "target" folder. Searching doesn't show it either.

I have checked show hidden and system files in "folder options".
