Viewer for large files

I need a simple viewer not editor for large files (about 1 GBytes).
All viewers that I found try to load the entire file in the memory.
I need something that show just a fragment from file and loads the next
fragment on scroll
like the old DOS Norton Viewer integrated in Norton Commander.

I've been using every incarnation of WnBrowse since Windows 3.1. Always did
the job right. No limit on file size.
