I can not view the IE6 menu bar properly. I can not see
the address bar unless I pres F11 to make it full screen.
I have a look at it view menu and click the address bar
but no use at all.

any help please!

Is it that the address bar is way off to the right side of the
window? If so, go ahead and open to full screen and just to the
left of it is a very small vertical bar... Pass your mouse over it
SLOWLY till your pointer turns into two vertical lined and then
LEFT click HOLD onto it and drag it downward and see if it
will snap down one row.. You can do that also with other items
on the toobar to re-arrange them to your liking...

Thanks for the tip but did not help. I could not make the
mouse a vertical lined.

Right click the toolbar and make sure that Lock Toolbars is not checked and
that Address Bar is checked.
Grab the handle at the left end of each toolbar and drag them down. One of
them is probably hiding the Address bar.
