View worksheet vertically or in box

I have files (workbook) that have 40 to 50 sheets, it is
very hard to view the sheets by scrolling horizontaly, is
there a view mode to view all sheets in a box and then
select the sheet you want to work with ?

Kind of like Powerpoint's thumbnails?

No. But you could rightclick on the VCR like controls on the bottom left and
see a list of your worksheets. (You'll have to select more sheets when you have
that many though.)
